St Vlas
St Vlas has a village atmosphere and is inhabited mostly by the locals.
This makes a pleasant change from Sunny Beach which is just 5k away and
is very commercial. Nobody lives there except tourists.
The large image shows the main square which has 3 restaurants and some
small shops including an excellent hardware store. Down the main street
there are a couple more restaurants, small supermarkets, beauty shop and
currency exchange. Our favourite restaurant is at the east end of the
square and is virtually tourist free. Even the Swallows think it's
pretty good! |
